How does it work?
How does it work?
Our popcorn machine is easy to operate and built to be as simple to use as possible. Our team member will provide you with a full demonstration upon delivering the machine. Written instructions are also provided with delivery.
Start by switching your popcorn machine on and pouring around three tablespoons of room temperature oil into the hopper. Listen for the oil to sizzle. You can test the oil’s heat by placing a single kernel of popcorn into the oil and waiting for it to pop.
Once it pops, you know that the oil is hot enough. This should take around a minute to get hot enough – maybe two. You can then add the rest of the popcorn kernels. Pour around a half of a cup of popcorn kernels into the hopper and close it. Close the doors as well. You should hear the popcorn kernels start to pop in around two or three minutes, and they should start to spill out of the hopper into the bottom of the machine.
Once the popping slows down, you can open the popcorn machine and tilt the hopper to pour all of the popcorn out. Shut off the machine, season your popcorn, place in it the bowl or bag and enjoy your fresh popcorn! Make as little or as much as you like, and season it with your favourite seasonings to enjoy it more.

Booking
Booking
A minimum hire value of $80 applies to all rentals. We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance to be paid 7 days prior to your event date. If you make your booking within 7 days of the event date, we will require full payment payable upon invoice receipt.

- $25 to postcodes 4865 and 4870;
- $50 to postcodes 4878 and 4879.
For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us for a quote. Servicing events at locations such as Kuranda, Mareeba, Atherton, Mission Beach, etc. attracts a $500 minimum hire value and $200 delivery and collection fee.
