DigiBooth Troubleshooting Guide

As we provide our DigiBooth Photobooths without an assistant, customers can perform basic troubleshooting in the rare event of app malfunctions or freezes. Our DigiBooths utilize the latest iPads and the most popular photobooth app, ensuring a seamless experience. While issues are infrequent, follow the steps below to quickly address any unexpected hiccups and continue capturing memorable moments effortlessly.
  1. Press the iPad's power button through the oval-shaped opening at the back of the photobooth 3 times.
  2. Enter passcode 827282 then tap 'End' in the top left corner of the screen to exit 'kiosk mode'.
  3. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen with your finger to the centre of the screen WITHOUT lifting your finger. Once you reached the centre of the screen, you can lift your finger.
  4. Swipe up on the LumaBooth preview to close the app.
  5. Tap the red LumaBooth icon to relaunch the app.
  6. Tap the red 'Launch event' button to resume your event. Make sure that you DO NOT tap the 'New event' button.
  7. Tap the drop down arrow button in the top-right corner then tap the 'Lock' button.
  8. Enter 'kiosk mode' on the iPad by pressing it 3 times again at the back through the oven opening in order to lock the iPad to prevent accidental changes.
